Welcome to Nourish to Flourish!
Hey there, welcome to my page! I'm Sarah, and I'm excited to help you achieve your wellness goals and unleash your full potential. To me, wellness is not just about hitting the gym or eating clean, it's about finding balance within yourself and living in harmony with your body, mind, and soul.
As a certified personal trainer, Zumba instructor, and health coach, I've got the skills and experience to guide you on your wellness journey. I teach fitness classes at our local YMCA, coordinate group fitness programs, and I even teach pole fitness - yep, you read that right! Plus, I recently graduated with an associate degree in Health and Wellness Promotion in May 2024, so I'm always up-to-date on the latest health trends and research.

I have a deep appreciation for those who dedicate themselves to serving others and the LORD. However, it's not uncommon for these kind-hearted individuals to neglect their self-care. That's where I come in. I am here to offer my services to those in need and to guide and encourage you on your journey toward self-improvement. Whether it is fitness, spirituality, or healthy eating, I am here to be your support, coach, and trainer. I will be sharing a variety of posts covering everything under the sun that I believe will assist you. If you have a specific request, please let me know, and I will post it right away! It all began when...
In 2019, I began a journey to make positive changes in my life, realizing that being overweight had led to high cholesterol, diabetes, and other health problems. With five children, I didn't want them to face the same challenges, so I researched and experimented to find what worked best for us. I established goals, created healthy habits, and started with healthy eating, eventually incorporating exercise. After much research and education, I was able to lose over 100lbs.

I am eager to assist anyone in achieving their goals, whether they pertain to fitness, spirituality, or healthy eating habits. As your support, coach, and trainer, I will share diverse and helpful content to facilitate your journey.
